As a company we have been named as a finalist in the Scottish Property Awards Property Company of the Year category.
Plus, 4-5 Lochside Avenue, our recently completed 43,000 sq ft office redevelopment and refurbishment project in Edinburgh Park is a finalist in both the British Council for Offices 2022 Awards, in the Scotland Refurbished / Recycled Workplace category and in the Scottish Property Awards Development of the Year (Commercial Buildings) category.

The BCO Scottish Awards takes place on Friday 13 May 2022 at the Glasgow Central Hotel.
The main contractor on the 4-5 Lochside Avenue project was Clark Contracts and the architect was SPACE. M&E design was provided by Troup Bywaters & Anders, QS and contract administrator services were provided by Axiom and the structural engineer was Christie Gillespie. JLL and CBRE are the letting agents.
