Q&A Law Practice move in to the last remaining office suite at St Swithin Row

Knight Property Group is pleased to announce that St Swithin Row, a long held property within its portfolio in the heart of Aberdeen’s prestigious west end is now fully let.

Q&A Law Practice has recently agreed to lease the final office suite, marking full occupancy of all four office suites within the building.

Established in 2021 by partners Lewis Quinn and Mike Anderson, the boutique law firm has secured a five-year lease on Suite B, a 970 sq ft ground floor office suite. This ten-desk open plan office includes a meeting room and offers two car parking spaces, one of which features an EV charging point. The firm, currently comprising five staff, has relocated from serviced offices on Queen’s Road and specialises in commercial property, general contract and employment law.
