Knight Property Group has successfully completed the sale of a 2 acre site at Kingshill Commercial Park in Westhill to Costco Wholesale UK, paving the way for a new petrol station development.
The forecourt, located a short distance from their current Aberdeen Costco warehouse, is currently under development and is scheduled to open in May this year. Once complete, the facility will feature 12 dual-sided fuel pumps supported by five double-skinned underground storage tanks complete with EV charging stations.
Access to the station will be exclusive to Costco members, who will be required to scan their membership cards prior to refuelling. All transactions will be processed via pay-at-pump card terminals.
