Knight Property Group has completed the sale of the former Survivex offshore training centre at Kirkhill Commercial Park in Dyce, to French firm Remake Live, in a deal worth £13.5 million.
The building extends to 90,640 sq ft and is occupied by 3T Energy Group, with around 16 years remaining on the lease.
Offering more than 200 courses to 75,000 people annually, the state of the art training facility features extensive classroom space, an internal rope and a skills area, external fire training areas, along with pools for offshore survival rescue simulation.
The commercial deal was the largest to take place throughout Scotland during the last quarter of 2025.
Howard Crawshaw, Knight Property Group managing director, said:
“This transaction represented a strategic sale for Knight Property Group, marking the disposal of our final asset at Kirkhill Commercial Park in Dyce, where we previously developed six buildings. We originally acquired the land in 2006 and delivered a mix of speculative development and pre-let projects. The sale achieved a strong price in the context of current market conditions.”
