Knight Property Group has completed the sale of 30-32 Frederick Street in Edinburgh, selling the ground and lower ground floor to a leading jewellery retailer.
This prime retail unit is located in the heart of Edinburgh city centre, just off George Street. Knight purchased the block in 2019 and executed its strategy of asset management, trading both the upper floors and then the retail unit.
Howard Crawshaw, Managing Director of Knight Property Group said:
“We were delighted to conclude this sale after successfully implementing our strategy, which included a change of use for the upper floors and selling to an investor in 2020. We plan to reinvest the proceeds from this sale into other development projects across Scotland.”
The unit extends to 1,686 sq ft on the ground floor and 1,733 sq ft on the basement. Nearby occupiers include Le Creuset, All Saints, North Face, Vision Express, Fat Face, L’Occitane, Miller & Carter and Five Guys.
Savills advised on the sale.
