Knight Property Group has completed the sale of Denmore Place in Bridge of Don to a private investor.
The industrial property extends to 11,814 sq ft and is let to subsea services company, Fugro GB North on a ten-year lease.
Howard Crawshaw, Managing Director of Knight Property Group said:
“The Aberdeen market remains resilient and after a lengthy ownership the sale will allow us to reinvest the proceeds in other new development.
