Only one suite now remains available at landmark Edinburgh Park building

A further deal has been concluded by Knight Property Group at 4-5 Lochside Avenue.

The entire second floor, which extends to 14,849 sq ft has been leased on a ten-year deal. Only one suite now remains available at the £20m landmark sustainable office building in Edinburgh Park.

Knight invested a substantial amount of money into the comprehensive redevelopment of the three-storey pavilion-style building, transforming it into one of Edinburgh Park’s most sustainable and modern office buildings. It is all-electric, with an EPC ‘A+’ rating and offers occupiers a net zero in operation office, aligned to Net Zero targets and Scottish Government ‘New Build Heat Standards.’
