The company will move into Pavilion 7, Suite B, within Knight Property Group’s Kingshill Park development and lease 2,695sq ft of office space.
The company has also signed a five-year lease of Unit 6E which is located close by in Knight Property Group’s Kingshill Commercial Park. Unit 6E forms part of five new-build industrial units, each of 2,500sq ft.
Existing occupiers of Kingshill Park include CALA Homes, Swagelock, Acumen Financial Planning, Awilco Drilling, DAI and StormGeo.
Founded in 2004, iSURVEY originated in Norway and has grown exponentially over the years, establishing a team in Aberdeen in 2014.
Ryden acted on behalf of iSURVEY Offshore Limited in the deal, whilst Savills acted for Knight Property Group.

With the recent letting of Pavilion 7 this now leaves only one suite, ground floor suite A, of 2695sq ft remaining.
