Knight Property Group has completed the sale of 67-69 George Street to a private investor.
The striking B-listed property is situated on the prime leisure and shopping destination of George Street in the heart of Edinburgh city centre. It was purchased by Knight in 2019 for it’s income profile and the potential for asset management.
Knight has invested in the property over the years by means of upgrading common areas and has re-geared several leases and welcomed new tenants to the line up also.

The property is fully-let, with office occupiers including Lismore Real Estate Advisers, Angela Shanley Associates, Livingston James and TC Young Solicitors. The ground floor retail space is currently let to Fat Face and the Cambridge Satchell Company.
