Knight Property Group has secured a sale of a brand new industrial unit located at Phase 4 of the speculative development at Langlands Commercial Park in East Kilbride.
Immediately upon completion in June, the 24,015 sq ft unit went under offer to Corney and Barrow, a fine wine merchant. The deal settled in August, with Corney & Barrow immediately taking entry.
The property has achieved an EPC rating of ‘A’ and is provided with electric car charging points.
