MTM Construction was appointed main contractor for pavilions 10 and 11, which are expected to provide 21,000sq ft of new Grade A office space in Kingshill Park.
James Barrack, Managing Director of Aberdeen-based Knight, said: “Although the Aberdeen area has faced some challenges in recent times and there remain poorly configured, older and surplus property, we have a positive outlook on the market and firmly believe these new-build properties will let up well.”
Arron Finnie, of agent Ryden, said there were “healthy levels” of demand for high specification, well-located, new build commercial properties.
