Strachan and Kemp plans expansion with new East Kilbride base

Knight Property Group has secured a further tenant for phase one of Langlands Commercial Park in East Kilbride.

Strachan and Kemp Commercial Services Ltd has signed-up for a ten-year lease on Unit J, which comprises 2,500 sq ft of industrial space, a small office and associated car parking. The unit also benefits from 6.74m eaves height and electric roller shutter doors.

Strachan and Kemp provide the complete contractor solution to commercial property clients. This includes regular contract work, maintenance, refurbishment, dilapidations, cleaning, ground maintenance, waste services, along with on-call emergency repairs. The new base at Langlands will be the company headquarters and the main focus for further business growth throughout Scotland and beyond.

The site is prominently situated with excellent connectivity to Scotland’s main motorway network serving central Scotland and beyond.
