Knight Property Group have acquired further land in Westhill, a one-acre site located on Westhill’s Prospect Road, to the South of Tesco Petrol Station.
The site which is named ‘The Crescent, Westhill’ will add another Westhill site into Knight’s portfolio along with their existing Kingshill Park and Kingshill Commercial Park.
The planning application submitted details how the site will be home to up to 4 industrial units ranging from 2,750 – 5,500sq ft and it is hoped they will be available late 2020.
The development will consist of four industrial/trade units within two steel framed buildings, both complete with composite wall and roof cladding, electrically operated roller shutter doors, blockwork dado walls internally and concrete yards complete with car parking.
Westhill is a widely popular suburb of Aberdeen City and has become home to many Oil & Gas companies. Surrounding occupiers include Pangeo Subsea, Boskalis, Powerjacks and Tendeka.
