Knight Property Group secures deal with Pangeo Subsea for two properties in Westhill

Commercial property developers, Knight Property Group have secured lettings with Marine geotechnical service delivery company, Pangeo Subsea for two properties in Westhill, near Aberdeen.

The company is set to move into one of the suites within Knight Property Group’s Pavilion 7 in Kingshill Park and an industrial unit located a short distance away in Kingshill Commercial Park.

Pavilion 7 in Kingshill Park features 4 self contained suites, all of 2,606sq ft in size. The suites offer open plan column free space for their tenants and this final letting means the property is now fully let.

The new build industrial units are a recent development within Kingshill Commercial Park with each unit offering 2,500sq ft of industrial space.

Both parks are located within the Aberdeen suburb of Westhill which is recognized as a world centre of excellence for underwater engineering and is home to a great number of subsea companies.

PanGeo Subsea, established in 2006 with the Aberdeen office opening in 2010, is a marine geophysical-geotechnical service delivery company specializing in high resolution true 3D volumetric acoustic imaging solutions to mitigate risk in offshore installations.  PanGeo offers sub-seabed solutions to enable accurate positioning and continuous visualization of cables and pipelines and the identification of buried anomalies threatening their integrity during depth of burial surveys and decommissioning; true 3D volumetric imaging and accurate positioning of buried geo-hazards (boulders) and Unexploded Ordnances (UXO), enabling de-risking and micro-siting of offshore wind farms piles.

Pangeo Subsea were advised by Ryden in the deal while Knight Property Group were advised by Savills.

Knight Property hope to continue expanding in Westhill with plans to develop more units which will include office space, warehouse and concrete yard.
