The award-winning logistics park in Bellshill, North Lanarkshire consists of five high-specification and sustainable buildings, totalling 261,193 sq ft.
Belgrave is one of Scotland’s greenest industrial parks, featuring all-electric buildings with an EPC rating of ‘A+’ and a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification.
The 15-acre site was formerly the Devro manufacturing facility and was acquired by Knight in 2021. Four of the units have been let on long leases to Wincanton, Likewise Group, RES, and Bunzl.
