Knight Property Group has submitted a Proposal of Application Notice (PAN) to Glasgow City Council, marking the first formal stage in the planning process for a proposed industrial development at Hillington Industrial Estate.
The award-winning developer is proposing a high-quality, sustainable industrial scheme for storage and distribution use. The development would provide approximately 10,000 sq m of floorspace on a 6-acre site located on Colquhoun Avenue within Hillington Industrial Estate.
As part of the pre-application process, Knight Property Group is inviting members of the local community to attend two public consultation events, which will present the opportunity to find out more about the proposals and provide your thoughts and feedback.
