Knight Property Group has agreed a pre-let deal with leading care dealer group Arnold Clark at Whytemyres Avenue in Aberdeen.
The industrial unit extends to 7,810 sq ft and was purchased on a vacant speculative basis by Knight in April. It subsequently underwent an extensive refurbishment programme that included the introduction of LED lighting, electric air conditioning and redecoration throughout.
Arnold Clark has agreed a ten-year lease and is now operating a car preparation centre from the unit.
Howard Crawshaw, Managing Director of Knight Property Group said:
“We purchased the unit in order to refurbish and bring additional industrial stock to the Aberdeen market. During the refurbishment programme, we were delighted to secure Arnold Clark on a pre-let arrangement.”
