Knight Property Group has completed the acquisition of industrial space at Whytemyres Avenue in Aberdeen.
The two single storey steel portal frame constructed units jointly extend to 7,810 sq ft, along with generous car parking and open yard storage space.
The property is due to undergo an extensive refurbishment programme which will include the addition of new LED lighting throughout, all electric heating and redecoration. The units will also benefit from electric roller shutter doors, small office provision and staff welfare facilities.
Howard Crawshaw, Managing Director of Knight Property Group said:
“We took the decision to acquire these units in order to bring some much-needed warehouse and industrial stock to the Aberdeen market. The units are shortly to be refurbished and we anticipate positive demand when available.”
Located on the north side of Whytemyres Avenue, within the well-established Whytemyres Estate, the units are conveniently located close to Anderson Drive and the A90, Aberdeen’s principal inner arterial route which connects all areas of the city and trunk road.
Other occupiers within Whytemyres comprise a mixture of industrial and car showroom users, including Royal Mail, Rotech Fabrication, Arnold Clark, Dingbro, Lidl and Tesco.
