Knight Property Group has entered into a lease with Kishorn Insulations at the Braehead Centre in Altens, one of Aberdeen’s premier industrial locations.
The insulations company has agreed a five-year lease on Unit 9, a terraced industrial unit, which extends to 1,200 sq ft, plus car parking. The unit forms part of a 12-unit multi-let estate within the city’s Energy Transition Zone.
Kishorn Insulations Limited is a Highland-based family business, established in 2019 with a head office in Wester Ross. The company is an approved and licensed installer of icynene spray foam insulation, operating throughout Scotland, including all the islands. The new unit will give access to a growing north east customer base and will be used for storage and distribution purposes.

The Braehead Centre is prominently located within Altens Industrial Estate, which is approximately three miles south of Aberdeen city centre, offering extensive road, transport and supply chain infrastructure in place. Major occupiers located within the area include Wood, Baker Hughes, Weatherford, Peterson, Stena Drilling and Fedex.
