This project marks the final phase of Knight’s speculative development programme at Langlands Commercial Park. Following the development of the park’s three previous phases, we started construction of this brand new modern warehouse in January 2025, with completion in September 2025. Set on a 2.60 acre site, the unit extends to 31,949 sq ft. It consists of a modern warehouse, with attached air conditioned offices of 3,982 sq ft.
