Refurbishment project underway for spring availability

Leading Scottish property company, Knight Property Group has recently completed the acquisition of a vacant 46,858 sq ft industrial unit on the outskirts of Uddingston in South Lanarkshire and has started a £0.5 million refurbishment project.

Located within the highly sought-after Tannochside Business Park, the mid-1990s unit features a stand-alone steel portal frame warehouse with a mezzanine and a single-storey office extension. Externally there is a secure yard, suitable for HGV operations, alongside a dedicated staff parking area.

The refurbishment project, which will be managed by Eycon, is scheduled for completion this spring. The works will involve a comprehensive overhaul of the external roofing, gutters and windows, as well as the full redecoration of the internal office areas and exposed structural steelwork.
