Following hard on the heels of a recent letting to Mermaid Subsea, Knight Property Group has secured a further new office tenant for Pavilion 11 at Kingshill Park in Westhill, Aberdeenshire.
Soft services specialist Contract Solutions Group (CS Group) has moved from one of its existing facilities in Dyce and agreed a ten-year lease on Suite C. Extending to 2,500 sq ft, the first floor suite is a ‘plug and play’ office, which features fully fitted space, including furniture, meeting rooms and welfare space. It also offers car solar panels, electric car charging points, all electric VRF air conditioning and has an A rating EPC.
CS Group has operated for over 40 years in and around the North East of Scotland and has ambitious growth plans aimed at doubling group turnover over the next three years. The business will have a new emphasis on technology-based products, aiming to cultivate relationships with more than 700 existing customers whilst opening opportunities within a new target market.
The plan is to boost group revenues by focusing on continued expansion across Scotland, along with new product and service lines into existing and targeted markets. This will provide new jobs on top of over 300 staff currently employed.

Kingshill Park is located approximately 7.5 miles west of Aberdeen city centre, immediately off the A944 road. It offers good communication links to the north and south via the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Road.
It was developed speculatively by Knight Property Group in four phases. Pavilion 11 was part of the latest development phase, being completed in 2021. It offers Grade A office space, complete with air conditioning, electric car charging points, high performance wall and roof cladding and column free space internally.
Previous phases of development have attracted a range of occupiers including CALA Homes, Swagelok, Acumen Financial Planning, Awilco Drilling, StormGeo, Lockton, PanGeo Subsea, Donaldsons Timber and Mermaid Subsea.
