NEW DEVELOPMENT

Construction works continue on site to build eight new-
build commercial units on a prominent greenfield site
within Kingshill Park in Westhill, known as The Hub, marking
another significant milestone in the delivery of speculative
high-quality business space in one of the North-east’s most
sought-after commercial locations.
The development will comprise four sustainable units of
2,500 sq ft and four units of 2,200 sq ft, with the flexibility to
combine units to create larger floorplates of up to 10,000
sq ft in response to occupier demand. Each unit will include
high-quality office accommodation and dedicated car
parking, providing flexible space suitable for a wide range of
light industrial and trade counter occupiers.
Completion of the units will see Kingshill Park fully built
out with 110,000 sq ft of commercial space delivered over
several phases.
