        This 16 acre site was acquired in January 2021 and the
        existing production facility was quickly demolished, with a
        brand new £55m speculative 261,193 sq ft logistics facility
        being developed over three phases.
        Phases 1 and 2 were completed in November 2022 and
        consist of 134,233 sq ft over four high-specification and
        quality buildings.
        Each unit has achieved an EPC rating of ‘A’ and target
        BREEAM ‘Excellent’, along with a range of further
