NEW DEVELOPMENT

We commenced the speculative development of the
final phase at Kingshill Commercial Park in Westhill,
Aberdeenshire in March 2026, having previously secured
planning consent from Aberdeenshire Council.
Set on a 1-acre site, this £5 million development will comprise
a 10,811 sq ft workshop and a 5,011 sq ft office, alongside a
concrete yard of 11,948 sq ft, 46 car parking spaces and EV
charging points.

The unit features steel portal frame construction and high-
performance cladding. It will provide 8m eaves height and
6m high electric roller shutter doors.
Designed with sustainability in mind, the unit is targeting an
EPC ‘A’ rating, it will be powered by all electric infrastructure,
it’s power secured from 100% renewable sources and
extensive solar PV roof panels.

The project represents the first speculative development of
this size to be commence in Westhill in 10 years.
