THE BARRACK CHARITABLE TRUST IS ALWAYS The Barrack Charitable Trust was established in 2009 by
LOOKING FOR NEW PROJECTS TO SUPPORT. James Barrack and is fully funded by Knight Property Group.

Building on James’s long-standing commitment to
supporting communities and charitable causes, the Trust
was created to extend that support to a broader range of
organisations across Scotland, with its funding focussing on
three key areas:
1. The advancement of the arts, heritage and culture
2. The provision and organisation of recreational facilities
to improve quality of life
3. The relief of those in need due to age, ill-health or
disability.

The Trust seeks to help charities deliver meaningful
projects, particularly at times when economic pressures
have reduced charitable giving.

Since its inception, it has donated more than £1.7 million to
over 250 registered charities throughout Scotland, making a
lasting impact on communities nationwide.

Applications for funding are considered twice each year,
with grant rounds taking place in May and September.
