This was a strategic investment purchase of a prime block of
Victorian properties in Edinburgh which had just undergone
an extensive refurbishment for office use.
Let to two tenants, this acquisition was made at that time
to provide geographical spread to our portfolio and has
provided several asset management opportunities thus far.
The property was recently sold to a private overseas
investor.
