        SITE ACQUISITION, PRE-LET
        DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENT

        This was a pre-let development undertaken for Power
        Jacks, who were relocating from an existing facility. The
        property was constructed to the same high standards as the
        other units at Kingshill Commercial Park and features high
        performance cladding, air conditioning, raised access floors,
        column free space and a workshop area with an 8.50m eaves
        height.
        Although planning consent was already in place, there
        were very tight construction timescales, due to the sale of
        the client’s existing facility. The yard and workshop were
        handed over early in one phase and the offices were then
        handed over to a CAT B standard only two months later.
