        Award-winning 4 North was a speculative office
        redevelopment project, located on St Andrew Square in the
        heart of Edinburgh city centre. A surrender of the lease with
        the incumbent tenant was agreed and planning permission
        granted for the complete transformation of the property into
        modern open-plan Grade A office space.
        The property benefits from new stonework facades,
        relocated lift / toilet and lobby cores, replacement curtain
        walling and windows, new interiors throughout, a complete
        new M&E system, welfare facilities, showers and cycle
        storage.
        During construction, the property was pre-let to
        Computershare on a 20-year lease and in May 2020, was
        sold in an off market transaction to KanAm Grund.
