This state of the art offshore training facility features
extensive classroom space for training, internal rope access
and a skills area, external fire training areas along with two
pools for offshore survival rescue simulation.
The specification evolved from the institutional standard for
the offices and industrial facility, to incorporate the many
bespoke fitting out works required to operate such a facility
and was implemented during the developer’s base build
works.
The tenant extended the term of the lease upon completion
and there have been other asset management initiatives
undertaken during the course of the lease. The investment
was sold to Remake.
