LAND ACQUISITION AND
SPECULATIVE DEVELOPMENT
Delta 70 is a speculative land acquisition, consisting of 6
acres of prime development land. A planning application
was submitted in Q2, to gain consent for the development
of a single industrial/logistics unit extending to 70,000 sq ft.
The all-electric unit will be built to a high specification,
of steel portal frame construction and feature high
performance roof and wall cladding. We will aim for strong
sustainability credentials, targeting an EPC ‘A’ rating and
BREEAM “Very Good”.
Located within the popular and well-established Bellshill
Industrial Estate, Delta 70 will be the sixth speculative
property to be built recently at Bellshill. Delta 70 lies
immediately off the A725 dual carriageway, 1 mile from the
M8 motorway and 2.5 miles from the M74 (M6) motorway.
