                                                                   This project involved the acquisition of an out-of-town
                                                                   business park in Dyce consisting of five office-style pavilion
                                                                   buildings and its subsequent demolition and site clearance.
                                                                   Kirkhill Business Park will be developed on a speculative
                                                                   basis over several phases or can be tailor made to suit a
                                                                   specific end user requirement on a pre-let basis.
                                                                   The site can accommodate a mixture of both industrial or
                                                                   office use and can cater for a selection of varying sizes.
                                                                   The location has excellent connectivity, being close to
                                                                   Aberdeen International Airport and with easy access to
                                                                   the AWPR.
