PROPERTY ACQUISITION, SITE ASSEMBLY,
SPECULATIVE DEVELOPMENT, LETTINGS
AND SALE
The project involved the demolition of existing owned
multi-let industrial units, the purchase of an adjacent site
and the speculative development of a new scheme of six
industrial units on the combined sites.
The units were developed to a high specification, featuring
high performance cladding, electric roller doors, concrete
yards and small offices internally with welfare facilities.
Units were constructed in a variety of different sizes, in
order to cater for individual occupier needs.
The park was sold to a private investor in 2024.
