This was a strategic investment purchase of a multi-let
property on Frederick Street in central Edinburgh. This
property is located in the heart of the city centre retail,
between Princes Street and George Street, and is less than a
10-minute walk to Edinburgh’s Waverley Station.
Planning consent was secured for the upper floors to be
used for residential purposes, and these floors were sold.
A renunciation was agreed for the ground floor retail unit,
which was subsequently sold to Laings.
