The Braehead Centre had been in the portfolio for an
extensive period and comprises 12 starter industrial units.
Prominently located within Altens Industrial Estate, it lies
approximately three miles south of Aberdeen City Centre
and is one of the city’s premier industrial locations.
We undertook a comprehensive refurbishment programme,
which was followed by the sale of the investment to a
private investor.
