        LAND ACQUISITION, SPECULATIVE
        DEVELOPMENT AND LETTING

        This 16 acre site was acquired in January 2021 and the
        existing production facility was quickly demolished, with a
        brand new £55m speculative 261,193 sq ft logistics facility
        being developed over three phases.
        Phase 3 consists of a 126,960 sq ft high-specification which
        has recently been let on a 15-year agreement to leading
        supply chain partner for UK business, Wincanton, for a new
        distribution centre – the deal is one of Scotland’s largest
        industrial transactions in the past year.
        The unit has achieved an EPC rating of ‘A’ and target BREEAM
        ‘Excellent’, along with a range of further sustainability
        credentials making Belgrave Logistics Park one of the
        greenest industrial/logistics parks in Scotland.
