Knight Property Group have leased another of their industrial units to Oil and Gas company, Vulcan Completion Products, with the unit located in Westhill near Aberdeen.

Founded in 2016, VULCAN Completion Products specialise in the design and manufacture of engineered solutions for the completions market within the global Oil & Gas industry.

Vulcan completion products have signed a five-year lease for Unit 6A located within Kingshill Commercial Park. The unit forms part of five new-build industrial units, each offering 2,500sq ft of space.

Adjoining occupiers include offshore surveyors iSurvey and marine geophysical-geotechnical service delivery company PanGeo Subsea.

Located in Westhill, Kingshill Commercial Park is proving a success thanks to its modern design, prominence of units, high quality specification and transport links North and South of the city via the new AWPR.

Howard Crawshaw, Director of Knight Property Group commented, “We are delighted to have secured another tenant for one of our new build industrial units within Kingshill Commercial Park. These units provide occupiers with modern, flexible and high-quality space. We are delighted they have proved so popular with tenants and we hope to conclude further lettings soon.”

Vulcan Completion Products are set to move into the industrial unit on September 1st 2019.

Ryden and Savills acted on behalf of Knight Property Group.

Paul Richardson of Ryden commented, “The recent letting to Vulcan Completion Products at Kingshill Commercial Park demonstrates that there is always strong demand in the market for new build and high-quality industrial units. Kingshill Commercial Park has proved to be extremely popular since Knight Property Group developed out the five units and we are delighted that the entire terrace has now been let with the last remaining property being under offer.

Industrial vacancy rates in the Westhill area are reaching an all time low and with limited new developments in the pipeline out with Kingshill Commercial Park, we anticipate that it will continue to be successful in the next few years.”
